BY ACCEPTING THIS AGREEMENT YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS DIPSURANCE FROM ANY TYPE OF CLAIMS RESULTING FROM ANY ACTION TAKEN BY DIPSURANCE DURING OR AS A RESULT OF ITS INVESTIGATIONS AND/OR FROM ANY ACTIONS TAKEN AS A CONSEQUENCE OF INVESTIGATIONS BY EITHER DIPSURANCE OR LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its choice of law principles to the contrary. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions shall be filed only in, and resolved in, the federal or state courts in the State of North Carolina, and you hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action or proceeding arising out of this Notice.
